Film catering in Tenerife and the Canary Islands

Wherever the crew shoots, we’re there

A shoot has its own hours, its own timing and, more often than not, its own surprises. We’ve spent years working with film, television and commercial crews across the Canary Islands: serving breakfast before sunrise, feeding a full crew in the middle of a location, or rebuilding the service when the schedule changes.

What we do is easy to explain: be wherever the production is, work at its pace and make sure the crew eats well. There are enough things to worry about on a shoot already.

Formats

Film, series, commercials… what are you shooting?

Every production works differently and the catering has to fit around it.

01

Film and series

Productions running days, weeks or months, with large crews and long hours. We organise breakfasts, lunches, dinners and whatever else the shooting schedule calls for, taking into account times, locations, headcount and dietary needs.

02

Commercials

Shorter shoots, usually very intense. Single-day or multi-day service, scaled to crew size, hours and the kind of location.

03

Audiovisual productions

Television programmes, content, shoots and other formats. From small crews to larger productions, we plan the service around what each day actually needs.

04

Long-running productions

When a crew is going to be shooting for weeks, variety matters. We build the menus for continuity, rotating dishes and sides so that eating from the catering every day doesn’t end up meaning eating the same thing every day.

How we work

We know how a shoot runs

Lunch isn’t always at two. And it isn’t always where it was meant to be. That’s why our service is built to adapt to the production, not the other way round.

Early breakfasts

For crews that start while it’s still dark.

Lunch for the whole crew

Full, balanced menus meant to be followed by an afternoon of work.

Dinners

For long days or productions on unusual schedules.

Diets and dietary needs

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, plus allergies and intolerances given advance notice.

Location changes

The catering moves with the production, as far as the service logistics allow.

Shooting hours

We plan kitchen production to reach service in the best possible condition.

Crews large and small

The service structure scales to headcount and to what the production genuinely needs.

Multi-day shoots

Menus planned for variety across the whole production.

More than delivering food. On a shoot, catering is logistics too: produce, load, transport, set up, hold temperatures, serve and clear. And start again the next day. Behind every service there’s a kitchen, logistics and front-of-house team working together so that when it’s time to eat, everything is ready. You shoot. We handle the catering.

Track record

Productions we’ve fed

We’ve been feeding commercial shoots since 2004 and film and series since 2007. Locations across the Canary Islands, with Spanish and international production companies.

Quote

To put a quote together we need to know your shoot

Nothing needs to be locked down. A first estimate is enough for us to start planning the service and refine the quote as the production firms up.

01

Shoot dates

Which days you need service, and an estimate if they’re still provisional.

02

Headcount

Approximate number of covers per day.

03

Locations

Where you’ll be shooting, or at least which parts of Tenerife.

04

Approximate times

When you expect breakfast, lunch and dinner.

05

Services needed

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a combination across the day.

06

Length of the production

A one-day commercial isn’t planned like a six-week shoot.

07

Diets, allergies and intolerances

The more we know in advance, the better we organise each service.

08

Anything else

Any production requirement we should know about before we start.
